FAQ's

Tickets go on sale from Friday 4^th October 2024 at 12pm.

Pre-booking is essential to visit Santa. tickets will not be available on the day! All visitors must have a valid ticket for their correct time slot. Please ensure you select a correct time and date when booking. Changing the date/time after booking will not be possible. Timeslots selected will be your time to visit Santa’s grotto.

• Visit to Santa’s grotto.
• Visit to the Elves workshop to collect toy with Santas good list certificate.  
• Hot Chocolate for children.
• Carousel ride.
• Admission to farm, all activities open as normal. As usual some activities are weather dependant.

Child (2 – 12yrs) €20 Includes admission to the farm including Santa visit, a hot chocolate, a good list certificate to collect their gift straight from the Elves shelves and one token for ride on carousel.

Adult (13+yrs) €14 Includes admission to the farm and Santa visit.   

​​Under 2's – Under 2's are free but must have a ticket. If you require, you’re under 2 to visit the Elves Workshop to receive a gift you will need to purchase an 'Under 2 with gift' ticket the cost of this is €10.

Carer’s ticket - €5 These tickets are used for a family carer accompanying children with additional needs. Proof will be required at check-in.

When booking, you chose a time to visit Santa’s Grotto, and this will be shown on your booking confirmation. Please check in at our designated grotto check-in area at least 15 minutes prior to your selected time.  You can arrive at the farm before this and stay at the farm if you like after your Santa visit.

Whilst we try to minimise your time in the queue, the wait time to see Santa is dependent on many different factors this means that some customers may experience longer delays than others .

No. Your booking is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Clonfert. Please dress suitably for Irish weather.

No party/tour bookings will be available to book from Monday 25^th November 2024 until Saturday 4th January 2025.

Yes, all areas of the farm are open weather permitting.

Yes, vouchers purchased after 10^th of August 2022 can be used to book tickets online. All vouchers purchased prior to 9th August 2022 can be used to book by emailing the requested date, time slot & number of tickets to [email protected]. Please include a copy of the voucher.

An email will be sent to members on Wednesday 2nd October 2024 with a unique coupon code which can be used at checkout to avail of the 20% membership discount.  

Only one booking per member is allowed. Tickets are booked online. All members will need to show proof of membership on arrival at the event.

Yes, it is possible to visit the farm without visitng Santa.  Tickets are available online or at the gate.
