Clonfert Farm is a family-friendly attraction in County Kildare offering animal encounters, play areas, picnic spots, walking trails, indoor soft play, and more for all ages.

Clonfert Farm is located at Clonfert South, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland, W23 PY05. Situated in the beautiful County Kildare countryside, only 35 minutes from Dublin airport and 8km from the historic town of Maynooth and the M4 motorway.

Last admission 1hr before closing.

For general admission tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. On busy summer bank holiday days, it is recommended to book online in advance to avoid disappointment.

Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable as outlined in the terms and conditions when booking.  If however you are unable to attend due to an emergency we can leave your tickets unredeemed to be used on a different date. 

No — you can show your e-ticket on your phone for scanning.

Yes, small to medium dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times

Yes — you’re welcome to bring food for a picnic, and there are plenty of seating areas.

Most of the site has tarmac walkways suitable for visitors with mobility issues, and there is an accessible toilet and baby-changing room. Some of the BBQ hut areas and football pitch area are not as accessible. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not provided on site, so you should bring your own if needed.

The farm has a wide variety of animals, including farm favourites like guinea pigs, pigs, goats and ponies — and more exotic species such as meerkats, lemurs, geoldi monkey and more.

Outdoor play areas: 3 playgrounds, bouncy castle, mini-golf, zipline, go-karts, astro pitch, football pitch.

Indoor areas: 600 sq ft soft play area.

Yes — the Birdhouse Café offers a range of meals, snacks, and drinks with indoor and outdoor seating. The cafe menu includes hot and cold food selections from wraps and sandwiches to pizza and goujon and chips. 

Yes — Clonfert Farm offers birthday party packages and can tailor the event to your needs.  Visit our birthday party page to check availability and book.
